Massive Leak of 13 Million Chilean Voter Names

Doxbin has just released a massive collection of doxs that were published online by the Chilean Electoral Service. They have now taken down the site but not before bloggers were able to get their hands on the PDF files listing over 13 million names of registered voters in Chile. Using pdftohtml someone was able to convert the files to html and then strip them of all the html leaving a 1.1 gb file of nearly every citizen in Chile.
